Crappy Honker Award

In the great tradition of recognizing “Cactus” Jack Wells and the Happy Honker Award given out on C-Job radio here in Winnipeg, I present for you the first installment of the Happy Crappy Honker Award given to an individual(s) for an fantastic unforgivable performance directly related to the continued floundering of our once beloved Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
Today in the 33 - 14 loss to the Montreal Alouettes, running back Fred Reid had 11 carries for a total of 18 yards. Yeah I know that he needs blocking so you can pick at the O-Line but seriously… using higher mathematics he averaged 1.63 yards per carry. BARF.
Honorable mention to our quarterbacks. No big surprise that this inaugural award was presented to the offense.
Cactus Jack must be rolling over in his grave.
